Molly Tarlov (born November 11, 1981) is an American actor, most well-known from 2011 on for her character in the role of Sadie Saxton on the television comedy-drama show Awkward. Tarlov, the youngest of two daughters was raised and grew up to Manhattan, New York. In a Little Red School House performance of Bye Bye Birdie she played in the role of Mrs. Peterson. She was a very popular actress among a group 7th graders. As she grew older she was a student at NYU Tisch located in Paris as well as the Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College granted her a bachelor's degree in theater. The Atlantic Theater Company, in which she was a participant as well, taught her how to integrate acting and writing in The LAByrinth Theater's Master Course. Molly changed her black winter coat for a pair of glasses in black when she arrived in Los Angeles. After a brief period, she landed a small part on iCarly which attracted lots of attention from her family. Since then, she's appeared in a number of TV series and portrayed Caitlin, the main protagonist in Winnie as well as Savannah Dooley's ABC Family show Huge. Molly pretends that she can play basketball well even though she isn't. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
