Gerina-Piller
Her birth date was March 29th, 1985 in Roswell New Mexico. Gerina Michelle Mendoza was her given name. Gerina Stevenson, the child of Mexican parents Rita Stevenson and Alan Stevenson. Her parents are of Mexican heritage, but is American in nationality. Since she was a child she's always had a keen desire to participate in athletics. Gerina began golfing when she was 15. Gerina was a student at Goddard High School. As a senior in the high school level, she was able to win at the New Mexico state golf tournament. Also, she was the volleyball player that competed at the national level. At the age of 2003, she enrolled at The University of Texas. She took home all the tournaments she competed in during her senior years. Through her time at UTEP, she was named Conference USA individual champion player of the year as well as Female UTEP Athlete of the Year.
